As a Head Coach you will be responsible for leading and inspiring all members of the team, merchandising, 5 star service throughout the store, building a positive and upbeat culture, all aspects of operations including efficient utilization of labor, controlling the store budget, and protecting the company assets thru daily controls.  You'll also have the opportunity to build relationships and loyalty within the community and city officials.  All of our coaches attend a hands-on small group training class which help them lead and inspire teams there teams to success and deliver exceptional customer service with a winning attitude.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors of Business Management or related field & 2 year retail management experience
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 5 years retail management experience
  • 5 years of exceptional customer service experience
  • 5 years of leadership experience
  • Flexibility to adapt in a variety of situations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Keen attention to detail on all levels in order to meet deadlines
  • Must have knowledge of MS Office including Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Open availability to work on nights and weekends
  • Previous Point of Sale system experience
  • Must be at least 18 years old and willing to submit to a background check
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Bilingual is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire store staff to ensure a smooth operation and maximized profits are made at the location
  • Achieve store budget/performance including controlling store payroll and operating expenses
  • Review Profit and Loss reports monthly with District Manager in order gain additional insight on store performance
  • Protect the companies assets through leadership and daily operational tasks
  • Use Amazon, EBay and other sites to value items brought in to the store in order to give accurate and fair values consistently
  • Manage and drive sales/profit through our online store presence
  • Conduct store meetings as necessary to keep staff informed of store performance and changes in policies, procedures and training
  • Training & development of staff in regards to policies, procedures and meeting other goals such as sales, extended service plans and profit margin
  • Use daily reports to markdown aged inventory correctly
  • Networking within community as needed to promote a positive image and loyalty
  • Performing other duties as assigned by the District Manager
