We are looking for a high energy, fast-paced, positive, dedicated, reliable, and go the extra mile manager. Our assistant coaches attend a hands-on small group training class which help them lead and inspire teams there teams to success and deliver exceptional customer service.  Assistant Coaches work with employees and customers to find what they want/need by helping employees create solutions and ensure a smooth and exceptional customer experience.  We are a unique retailer that understands the value of our customer and team!  

Qualifications

  • Bachelors of Business Management or related field
  • 3 years retail management experience
  • 3 years of exceptional customer service experience
  • 3 years of leadership experience 
  • Flexibility to adapt in a variety of situations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Keen attention to detail in order to meet deadlines
  • Must have knowledge of MS Office including Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Availability to work on nights and weekends
  • Bilingual is preferred
  • Previous Point of Sale system experience
  • Must be at least 18 years old and willing to submit to a background check

 

 

 

 

 

Responsibilities

  • Leads and inspires there team to exceed the company standards
  • Provide solutions for customers in order to drive sales and customer loyalty 
  • Demonstrates a passion to deliver 5 STAR customer service daily
  • Merchandising presentation tasks are required to maintain the department and company standards
  • Assist with continual training, development, and roleplaying with all members of the team
  • Keen attention to detail in all aspects of the business
  • Ability to follow through on tasks and prioritize
  • Upholding company and local policies
  • Performing other duties assigned by the Head Coach to maximize store profitability and customer satisfaction while protecting company assets
