We are looking for employees that are high energy, fast-paced, dedicated, reliable, and go the extra mile. Our brokers will attend a hands-on small group training class which focuses on how to assist our customers. Brokers will assist and create solutions for our customers by meeting their financial goals while maintaining a friendly and courteous atmosphere. We are a unique retailer that understands the value of our customer and team!   

• High School Diploma or GED
• Must be great at listening and verbal communication skills to improve customer satisfaction

• Provide solutions for customers in order to maximize profits, suggest other products to fulfill the customers financial needs using product knowledge, pricing, and exceptional customer service to every customer
• Ability to maintain the companys key performance indicators 
• Keen attention to detail in order to accurately record every customer's information, brand, model, and serial number in accordance with APS/Leads online
• Operate a point of sales system
• Performing other duties as assigned by management to maximize store production, profitability, and customer satisfaction while protecting the company assets
