Web Sales Specialist/Ecommerce

Our Web Sales Specialists attend a hands-on small group training class which will help sell our retail products, goods, and services through multiple online web sites.  Our Web Sales Specialist are highly productive employees that accurately and systematically photograph and upload items to multiple websites in order to achieve the company standard, while maintaining a 5-star online experience with each and every customer.  We are a unique retailer that understands the value of our customer and team!  

• High School Diploma or GED
• Prior retail and/or sales experience preferred but not required
• Must be proficient using computers and multiple software programs
• Previous eBay/Amazon experience is preferred
• Excellent written communication skills to improve online customer satisfaction

• Use listing software to maintain company expected production levels and profitability
• Research items to ascertain sale value, model number and any other relevant information in order to maximize online sales and minimize return percentages.
• Keen attention to detail 
• Operate a point of sales system
• Answer customer email questions in a professional, courteous and respectful mannner
• Must have and develop fields of knowledge regarding multiple product types
• Reliably take catalog quality photographs to maximize company profits
• Performing other duties as assigned by management to maximize store profitability and customer satisfaction while protecting company assets.
