  • Overview

    We are looking for a positive and dynamic employee with recruiting coordinator experience, especially in the retail and finance industry. You will be helping to coordinate approx. 50-80 requisitions for a variety of positions within PAL Management. You will be reviewing and screening incoming candidates and directing them to the appropriate hiring manager while ensuring they are continuing through the process. Experience working in an ATS would be beneficial, with iCIMS being strongly preferred. 


    • Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business Management
    • 1-2 years of recruiting coordination experience 
    • MS Office experience 
    • Ability to work independently 
    • Excellent communication skills 
    • Strong organizational skills 
    • iCIMS ATS is strongly preferred


    • Leverages recruiting resources such as the internet, internal applicant referrals, career fairs, store job fairs, professional organizations and community associations to identify, recruit and network for candidates
    • Post positions to external job boards 
    • Promote and communicate positions to possible internal applicants 
    • Develop and maintain professional relationships with college career centers and staff
    • Assist with resume screening, interviewing scheduling, and drafting of offer letters
    • Conduct phone screens and/or in-person interviews
    • Administer pre-hire assessments
